Bill Dougal holds a BFA from the Hartford Art School, and taught art at East Conn’s Arts Magnet School and many other venues. He has taught all types of art to all age groups. He has won awards for caricature, a specialty that keeps him busy drawing for gifts and events. As a freelance illustrator his work has been published in the Hartford Courant, Hartford Magazine, and Distinctive Directories, as well as many children's books. As a teacher he gives students the leaning they need, along with a spirit of fun.

Drawing skills & creativity. Learn to create characters and put them into action situations. Cartooning is a fun way of drawing that is simplified and stylized. It can be an aid to story construction.
FISH FACT FUN
Learn about underwater creatures through with song, graphics and lecture. Science standards addressed.
Character values show. Important moral lessons are conveyed through storytelling, comedy and song. Six pillars of character have been adapted with examples from cowboy life.
