As a professional Sculptor I have exhibited throughout the CT and NY areas, maintaining an art studio in CT over the past 20 years. I choose to combine metal with other materials and am constantly open to new possibilities to investigate in my work. My extensive teaching experience in the Visual Arts has focused on working in 3-Dimensional mediums with both children and adults as well as other disciplines in the 2-Dimensional realms to share my love of Art.
Education: B.F.A. in both Sculpture and Ceramics from Tyler School of Art/Temple University, Certification and M.S. in Art Education, SCSU.

Resident of Stratford, CT. I have been drawing and creating crafts since fifth grade and never stopped. I went on to college, sharpened my skills, then I decided to share my passion for Art with children and adults by becoming an Art Teacher and challenging their limits and presenting fresh new project ideas.

Marcy LaBella
Visual Arts
Marcy LaBella is a professional teaching artist and on the faculty at Wesleyan Potters in Middletown, Ct where is is also a key member of the co-operative guild. Ms. LaBella is also on the faculty at Guilford Art Center in Guilford, CT where she teaches children's all media art classes and adult workshops. She is a member of the Connecticut Women Artists. In the past she has taught art for several after school programs in the Middletown area. She is available for workshops, and private lessons in drawing, painting, mixed media and jewelry making. Ceramics instruction can be arranged through the non-profit organizations where she works.
