Arts in CT brings the love of all things creative to Connecticut communities. Through innovative partnerships, Arts in CT contributes to the personal, professional and community development by designing and nurturing opportunities for individuals, groups and artists to engage in creative expression. Programs provided by Arts in CT are designed to increase job opportunities for professional artists as they contribute to communities, enhance life-long learning for children and adults and encourage community engagement through the arts.
Professional Training on August 23 from 10AM to 2PM
Arts in CT is offering professional development training for professional artists which is a prerequisite for being a vendor at our Art Network Showcase on September 14, 2018.
We will introduce you to state arts and culture groups and advise on how you can get involved to market yourself. One of our school districts will come and talk to you about programs that are needed in their schools.
During this day of training, you will also:
learn science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) concepts
network with other artists
collaborate on potential educational and community grant projects
